This page explains what happens to the details you give us through this website. It covers the website only. Agencies using ECTAirstream have their own agreement covering the customer and booking information they keep in the system.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, agency, email address and anything else you choose to give us: your phone number, the number of consultants, your GDS, a preferred demo time and your message.

To stop spam, the form keeps a scrambled version of your internet address for an hour so it can limit how many messages are sent. We can't turn it back into your address.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics on it.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and arrange a demo if you asked for one. We won't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else for their marketing.

Where it's kept

Your enquiry is emailed to our team and kept in a file on our web server that can't be reached from the internet. Our email is delivered by a third-party email service.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you've sent us. Reply to any email from us, or use the contact form, and we'll take care of it.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
